How do I submit research requests?

Submit unlimited UX research requests through your personal Trello board. Each task can be a usability test, user interview, survey, or insight synthesis. Our Standard and Pro plans handle 1–2 active requests at a time. All research outputs are shared via custom reports and async Loom walkthroughs for easy sharing and decision-making.

How many requests can I have at once?

Depending on your plan, you can have 1 or 2 research requests actively in progress at any time. Each task is handled by a senior researcher and includes planning, execution, analysis, and delivery. Additional tasks can be added to your Trello queue and will be worked on as current ones complete. If you need faster turnaround or more parallel research, consider upgrading to the Core+ plan for dual active requests.

Is it really unlimited?

Yes! You can submit as many research tasks as you'd like. We work on one (Core) or two (Core+) tasks at a time, and move to the next task in your queue as soon as one is completed. Most tasks are completed in ~3 days, depending on complexity. Want more concurrent tasks? Just upgrade your plan.

How will I communicate with your team?

All communication is async via your shared Trello board, Loom video walkthroughs, and Slack (optional). You can leave comments, upload files, and track status at any time. For urgent matters, we’re just a Loom or Slack ping away.

Can I connect with your team on Slack?

Yes. We offer optional Slack integration for async communication. You’ll get a private channel with our team, where we’ll post progress updates and you can drop quick comments, questions, or files. Not required—but great if you already live in Slack.

What happens if I don't like the research?

How do revisions work?

Revisions are async and unlimited. Drop your feedback directly on our deliverables or in Trello.
